Saving space on "Post an update" floating window / Replace "Post an update" at the top with the title of the update template where applicable and entirely remove the "Title" section because it doesn't appear anywhere anyway

The title section takes up space, isn't really touched, and we record the update posted date automatically anyway. The Title content, such as "Update for Feb 2025," also doesn't seem to appear in reporting anywhere anyway.

Maybe instead of "Title" we can just use it to refer to today's date for reference. "Today's Date" and the field lists the day/time if we were going to keep it.
