More custom field types

You can only add a customised field that is either a drop-down or numeric field, there is no ability to add customised buttons or even help text e.g. when you hover of customised field display information regarding it (this can be done in Classic)

    would be nice to combine types to gather more information (+would be amazing for Reporting AI to capture custom fields names/values)

    Date Option in Custom Fields

    Many times you will need to use a Custom field to mark specific internal indicators (approval date, Review date, etc) - right now, the best option is either Numerical or a text field - which work, but do not enforce a certain standard (i.e MM-YY, or DD-MM)
