Currency Settings as custom units

The current format of NZ dollars makes the graphs un-usable for financial reporting to senior leaders.

Senior leaders expect industry standard versions of currency displays - without that the customer has no ability to use Cascade for their reports on financial data (as an insurance company this is a majority of their reporting)

This format simply needs to replicate what we have done for AUD.
